  1. Skilled workers are workers who have acquired special skills, knowledge, or ability in their work. Skilled workers are capable of working efficiently of exercising independent judgement and of discharging their duties. They must possess a thorough knowledge of the industry in which they are employed. Examples are doctors, lawyers, engineers, pilots, teachers, and CEOs.
Unskilled workers are workers with a low skill level and have little or no training or experience for their job performance. Unskilled workers does work which does not involve any special skill or training for performing the work adequately. They perform simple duties which require little or no independent judgement or previous experience. Examples of unskilled workers are security, cleaning service, officeboy, maids, and truck and bus drivers.
Generally, skilled workers are paid more than unskilled workers. Skilled workers are paid more than unskilled workers because the supply of skilled workers relative to demand is lower than of unskilled workers. Therefore, government policies and public opinion tend to favour skilled workers rather than unskilled workers. The supply of skilled workers are relatively low as it requires high qualifications and a long period of training to qualify as a skilled worker. The supply and demand of skilled workers is also relatively inelastic.
On the other hand, the supply for unskilled workers is relatively high, and the demand is lower than the supply. Unskilled workers do not have any special skills and does not require any qualifications. The supply and demand of unskilled workers is elastic. An increase in the wage rate is likely to result in a rise in supply.
Another reason why skilled workers are paid more is that skilled workers have a level of experience that cannot be achieved by unskilled or semi-skilled workers. Skilled workers might have to work for 5 years before considered as ‘skilled’. Unskilled workers might be able to work with very little or no experience, with a minimum wage. Unskilled workers do not acquire the ability to complete certain tasks that could be done by skilled workers, such as communication, computer, planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
The level of education also affects the wage skilled and unskilled workers earn. Skilled workers have a higher level of education compared to unskilled workers. A skilled worker might require a bachelor’s, master’s or doctor’s degree to work. However, an unskilled worker might have very little education (e.g. primary school) or no education whatsoever. An unskilled worker usually dwells in work which requires physical ability, such as security and cleaning service.
Skilled workers are more difficult to replace than unskilled workers, as they possess the knowledge not many people know. Unskilled workers is larger in supply than demand. Skilled workers, however, is larger in demand compared to supply. This is part of the reason why they are paid more.
A skilled worker is often immediately ready to assume the responsibilities of a job. They would need to learn who to go to in the business for various reasons, but they’re generally ready to start working and producing results. In contrast, unskilled employees are usually not yet trained to perform specific jobs. They might lack educational requirements, and some (i.e. immigrants) might have language barrriers to overcome. Employers would need to spend time to teach them the basic job functions.
However, there are special cases when skilled workers are paid very little or not paid at all. An example is a social worker. There might be social workers working as doctors helping people after a disaster or a war, who are not paid and works voluntarily.
In conclusion, a skilled worker is GENERALLY paid more than an unskilled worker, but this does not always happen. A skilled worker is paid more because demand is higher than supply, the fact that they have a high level of experience and education, difficult to replace, and are more responsible in their job.

  3. There are three kinds of workers, Skilled Workers,Semi Skilled Workers and Unskilled Workers, Skilled Workers are workers that qualify in specific expertise and skilled workers are workers that have special Skills, Ability and Knowledge in their work. Also, They have Responsible to do their work and sometimes skilled workers had experience before. Such as : Business Man/Woman, Teacher, Doctor, Mathematician, Scientists, CEO, Pilot, engineers, Economists, or a Boss/Manager of a Company, etc. And they may attended a college or a university. Unskilled Workers defined as workers that don't have specific qualification. sometimes are defined as a less responsible workers, less knowledge, skills and ability to do their work. They does not have an experience yet and sometimes they doesn't school or people that did not finish their school. Such as Drivers, Maids, Office Boy, Cleaning Services,Securities, Constructors, Receptionist, etc.

There is a theory states that Skilled Workers are more than Unskilled Workers. In my opinion, I disagree with that statement because in fact, there are some Unskilled Workers succeed in their own life. Such as People that did not finish their study but still success in his or her real life. Because they have wants or dream to be a successful person or a workers.

Sometimes, Nowadays most company prefer recreate unskilled workers to be trained before they work. Now it is usual to see an engineer that work in bank or doctor who work as a teacher. So it is possible for people with unsuitable skills to work in different area or a different place.

The purpose of a companies are to earn profits as much as possible. Do to save their expense, they always higher unskilled workers who are paid lower than skilled workers. Example : When Holidays or after fasting, the demand of unskilled workers rise because most of house keeper return to their homeland. And the supply goes down. And the demand of skilled workers is rise because most of the skilled workers are having holiday to another country or having a holiday with their family. And the supply is goes down.

Sometimes, Unskilled Workers have dream or wants to create a new business or place for them to work. Then, skilled workers have employment to work together with people or with a company. As employee than could create a business. Sometimes Skilled and Unskilled Workers have Dream or Wants to create a business. But in fact, they do not have fund or capital to create a business.

Best of the fact, I have mention in the paragraph above, the main factors to earn much of money it is not skilled. But, With hard work, willing, faith, luck, spirit and wants, we can fulfill our dream job or wants to be a good workers or a Better workers and to be a success person on the future.

My Conclusion based on what I already mention on the paragraph above I disagree with the statement about unskilled workers earn less than skilled workers.

  4. There are different types of level of jobs , they are skilled workers, semi-skilled workers and non-skilled workers or unskilled worker .So , skilled workers are workers that have special knowledge and ability. The example for skilled workers are pilot , engineer , teacher , doctor , businessman and scientist. They have harder level of task compare to unskilled workers because skilled workers need to use their knowledge in doing their task. Responsibility is one of the important thing that makes someone a skilled worker.
Skilled workers is the one who is capable of working independently and turn out doing accurate work. While unskilled workers, they have lower difficulties of task, which means everyone can do that task because it is common in our daily activity. They do not need special knowledge because they have lower education and have less responsibilities than skilled workers. The example for unskilled workers are maid, office boy, cleaning service and security.
Well, skilled workers not always earn more than unskilled workers, usually they are highly paid because of their level of education, it is so important for skilled workers to have high level of education, higher educations will perform better job. If they do not have high education, they will not learn and get the abilities because it is vital to remain competitive in their jobs.
Education is not always in types of skills, but can be about manners. Level of experience will affect more on their work, if people have high experience, then they have higher abilities and know how to handle their task correctly because they are used to it and they have to work for years to be called a professional.
Unskilled workers can get bigger income if they work longer for example 5 years but still, skilled workers will get highly paid. They are different like the unskilled one; it will cause higher demand of skilled workers and less demand of unskilled workers. The problem is because not everyone have that special knowledge especially in the countries where people are having a hard time to get education because they have no money or their parents have low income and cannot educate their children or they can only educate their children until secondary maybe lower than that.
High demand in skilled workers is caused by lesser level of substitution in there and skilled workers are scarce and rare, for example people who invented something different and unique from others. If that people quit, then it will be a hard time to substitute them. The conclusion of this is, the people will want to pay higher in order to keep the skilled workers to stay.

  5. There are three types of workers, such as skilled workers, semi skilled workers and non skilled workers. Skilled workers produce or earn more money because of some reasons. Skilled workers have high post which means they are better than semi skilled and non skilled workers. Non skilled workers do not acquire any special skills or qualifications. They are also highly educated, compare to other occupations like maids and janitors who do not need any skills and education to do their tasks. This also means that skilled workers have higher qualification. Unlike non skilled workers, the fact that they are known as “non skilled” defines that they’re ability and knowledge are not as much as the “skilled” workers. Therefore, lower qualification required for the “non skilled” workers. Another reason is that they are experienced, meaning they have been working for a couple of times or even a lot. The experience of working in many places and various jobs help them to learn new skills and ideas. Skilled workers might also work for so many years in order for them to achieve a higher standard than semi or non skilled workers. Non skilled workers may be experienced in something they have been working, however, it depends on their job, if the job has a low level of education or knowledge in things like languages, calculations, etiquettes, manners, and others, less people will want to hire them for better job like economist, teacher, doctor, etc. Firms and organizations will need employees which have enough ability and knowledge to accomplish the tasks given by their boss. That is why skilled workers are wanted by so many occupations, means that they have higher demand but also less supply. Unskilled worker means that we do not need any certain or specific skills to be a worker, that makes them having more supply than the number of demand wanting them. Not all workers are as good as the others. They will have to study longer in order to get higher achievements like master in university, this can really help the opportunity to be accepted in most jobs, especially the one that is given more wages/salaries. This shows that skilled workers are in less supply. Different with non skilled workers, there is no experience required for them to work, like school and college achievements, because the salary they get is not as much as those who have better ability and knowledge. Skilled workers also have higher responsibility in doing their job. That makes them produce more money because the more responsibility they get, the riskier their job is, so they need more salaries. This is not to the unskilled workers, they are not given a high responsibility because the tasks they get are most mediocre, which is lower level of responsibility, resulting less amount of salary. The matter of facts above mentioned tells that obviously, skilled workers earn more money than the semi skilled or non skilled workers.

  6. There are 2 types of workers generally, skilled and unskilled workers. Skilled workers are worker who have special ability and knowledge in their covered area or subject which not all people have it. Skilled workers need to be educated well and have some degrees in their subject. They are given hard, complex, and big task from the company, they also given big responsibility because they have a right in taking decision to complete the projects well. Skilled workers's work and decision taken usually have several effect and impact to the economic or financial situation of the company, because of that skilled workers occupation must be done by educated, skilled, discipline, and responsibility people. To be skilled workers, you also need quiet high experiences in their work's subject, they must have at least 5 or 6 years experiences in their work area. The examples of skilled worker are: Pilot, astronaut, economist, accountant, and engineer,as skilled workers, they are given high salary from the company. Different from skilled workers, there are unskilled workers, unskilled workers are workers who haven't or no need to have special ability, they just need to have ordinary ability that most people have it. They are given small, easy, and simple task to do. Unskilled workers just given small responsibility and their works aren't affect or just few affect the company. They aren't need to be educated and having some degrees, because their jobs are just ordinary and normal physical job which more likely to use power rather than mind. They aren't given any right to take any decision in every projects. The examples of unskilled worker are: maid, cleaning service, office boy, and etc, as unskilled workers they are given quiet small salaries. The number of unskilled workers are so many especially in not yet develop countries. As the explanation above, there are some sentences that state "skilled worker are given high salaries, unskilled worker are given low salaries" you may ask why could that happened? There are some reason why this could happened. First, skilled workers need to have special skills and ability in their coverage are which not all people have it, while unskilled workers no need to have it. Special skills are needed to complete the complex task that given from the company to skilled worker in every project. Unskilled worker no need to have special skills to do their work cause they just need power or physical works in their work, they are just given simple and easy task to do. The special skills is not have by all peoples and only few people have it so company is so appreciate the special skills in their work subject that skilled worker have, so that's the first reason why skilled worker paid higher and unskilled ones paid lower. The second reason is the demand of skilled worker is higher than the supply of it, while the supply of unskilled worker is higher than the demand of them. Because of there are scarcity of skilled worker, companies are compete to get them, the single and only way to attract skilled workers is give a large salary. In other case, there are many unskilled workers and there are fewer workplaces for them, so that's the big opportunity for business to pay unskilled worker with low salaries, the unskilled workers also don't have much choice, their only choice is work and accept the quiet low salaries.

    ReplyDelete
  7. Third, skilled worker need high education to do their work, while the unskilled workers no need. Because for studying in higher education takes a lot of expenses and time from beginning till graduating, so big salaries is suitable for skilled workers in order to replace money that the skilled workers used during their university period. They also get lots of new skills from studying in university, the skills can be used to produced better work for the company. While the unskilled workers didn't go to university before, they don't spend many expenses and time for studying some special skills, so they don't get special skilled from university. So, lower wages are suitable for unskilled worker because the company no need to pay much for them in order to replace the study expenses in university. Fourth, there are lesser substitution for skilled worker, while the substitution for unskilled worker is a lot. For examples: when your skilled worker go away, it's will hard to find someone to replace his/her position because not all people can do their works. In other hand, when your unskilled worker go away, it's will easy to find someone to replace his/ her position because their works are able to be done by many people. That's the strength reason why skilled workers pay higher than unskilled workers. Fifth reason is experience, skilled workers are having much experiences while unskilled ones usually just have low level of experiences. As you know from other resources, experiences is more important than everything, is our very valuable teacher. As i say before, to be a skilled worker you need at least 5 to 6 years experiences. Because it takes a long time to be classify as skilled worker and time is so valuable for everyone, company will always appreciate experiences that workers have, so they are giving more salaries to high experiences worker rather than to low experiences worker, as you know before, experience is so important, when you want to apply for work they usually ask 'how long your experiences in this working's subject?' Because of that, we can see clearly why the skilled workers pay more than the unskilled ones. Sixth, It's about responsibility, the skilled workers are given high responsibility in the company, while the unskilled workers are just given small responsibility. Every decision taken and works done by the skilled workers can affect the condition of the business, while if that happened to unskilled workers it will not affect or just few affected the condition of the business. Because of that the skilled workers must have high level of responsibility in every decision taken and in their works while the unskilled workers no need. Seven and the last reason is level of tasks. Skilled worker are given more complex and harder task than the unskilled one, skilled workers need a bright brain, high knowledge, and be intelligent to complete their tasks while unskilled workers not. Based on 7 reasons that I have state it above you can see clearly why the skilled workers pay higher than unskilled workers.

    ReplyDelete
  8. But, against the statement above, there are some few unskilled workers that pay more than the skilled ones, there are some reasons why this could happened. There are some people who are naturally genius without going to school or university. Based on some criteria of skilled workers, they may classify as unskilled workers but their brain is smarter than the skilled workers. There are some companies who not see workers based on their degrees, they just see everyone based on how smart or intelligent they are. Because of they are very smart naturally, they can give many big ideas that can improves the company, if they are able to do that why not the company give them high salary, even higher than skilled workers? That's so reasonable, because degrees is not everything but our smartness is more important. So that's mean not all skilled work get more salaries than unskilled ones. That's all depend. But this case only happens few times, much more fewer than the number of first case happened.

  9. The conclusion is : The statement of skilled worker pay higher than non-skilled worker is generally correct and acceptable, but in some few case like the second case that i have post, that statement of skilled worker pay higher than non-skilled worker is not valid because of there are special cases and special unskilled workers.

  10. For Extra Stuff: There are also semi-skilled worker, they receive moderate level of wages, they are given moderate tasks too and also moderate educated, the example of semi-skilled worker is sailor. But in this discussion, semi-skilled workers is not included because of the problem is why the skilled-worker pay higher than unskilled worker.

    ReplyDelete
  11. Occupation is work done by a person or worker in exchange for money. There are 3 types of worker, there are skilled worker, semi-skilled worker and unskilled worker. Now I want to discuss whether skilled worker always earn more than unskilled workers. Skilled worker is a worker with a skill and unskilled worker is a worker work with their energy not skill. Example of skilled worker is: pediatricians, footballer, programmer, mechanic, etc. The example of unskilled worker is: coolie, garbage collector, etc. The skilled worker usually paid more than the unskilled worker because of their characteristics. The characteristics of a skilled worker is they have low level of replacement, high level of education, high level of skills (training), their job is difficult, high responsibility, and the most important is the demand for the worker is higher than the supply of the worker and the characteristics of an unskilled worker is high replacement, low level of education, lower risk of working than the skilled worker and the supply of worker is higher than the demand of worker. Why I can say that the skilled worker have the higher risk of working rather than the unskilled worker, this example can explain why, the example is between the doctor and the garbage collector. The doctor must work until the night to treat the patient and if the doctor wrong in giving the medicine, the patient can die and if the patient’s family want report the doctor to the police and the police can prove it, the doctor could be jailed, and the garbage collector if it’s already the time to off of the work, they can just leave their job and go home and no work than should bring home. Also the other skilled worker, manager, if their work is almost the deadline, they must do it until it finish although it is overtime. So, because of their characteristics above, the company want to paid more for the skilled worker rather than the unskilled worker.

  12. Workers are divided by two unskilled workers and skilled workers, skilled workers are workers that are specialized in a certain job such as engineer, pilot, teacher and unskilled workers are workers that are not experienced such as maids and cleaning service the question is about can unskilled workers earn more than skilled workers.
In my opinions it is impossible since unskilled people don't have the quality of skilled people and skilled people are better because of their specialized knowledge, higher demand than supply ,level of experience, less substitution and responsibility while unskilled workers have lower level of education, less responsibility, they don't need experiences and there are more supply than demand.
First about specialized knowledge , skilled people have the quality to manage or do the business while unskilled have no quality nor experience to the the business.
Second higher demand for skilled people than unskilled people its because its hard to find replaceable for skilled people while its very easy to find unskilled people since there are a lot of unskilled people who need jobs.
Third the level of experience the skilled have already studied years on that certain job so they have known it better since the school have given them all they need to know while unskilled don't have any experience compared to the skilled people ecperience.
Fourth is the responsibility since the skilled people have more responsibility for the business than can cause the business a lot of money while unskilled people have less responsibility so they are not very important to the business.
So my conclusion is skilled people will earn more money than unskilled people ,because of the quality ,demand, experience and responsibility of skilled people are higher than unskilled people.

  13. Skill is simply the ability that one possesses or have. A skilled worker is any worker that is knowledgeable about a specialized skill (usually related to their work area). They are ones who are able of working independently and efficiently, whilst giving out an accurate working. They own detailed knowledge and skill in their work area and have the ability to give the best quality products. For example, a teacher is skilled because they have a very specialized skill and knowledge of the subject they will be teaching in class.
Unskilled workers, on the other hand, are those performing any casual job, in which no skills are required. They possess no special training because their work involves simple duties, which require exercise of little or none at all. They are ones who have little to no education beyond high school with very few technical skills. A clear example of unskilled worker is those working as janitors, because they are only required to do very simple tasks.
Most skilled workers are higher paid as compared to unskilled workers. This is because skilled workers needed more experiences, more training, higher education level, and of course more time will be spent on fulfilling all these requirements. However, all the requirements above are not needed to become an unskilled worker. As mentioned above, unskilled workers performed simple duties requiring few exercises or even none at all!
Next to all that preconditions, a skilled worker must have high accountability and responsibility. Unlike skilled workers, who have less responsibility in doing their job, skilled workers should be doing their work smoothly and punctually, with the finest quality products as a finish.
Nevertheless, it is as a matter of fact, hard to replace those with such detailed and specialized knowledge. Not everyone has the quality of being a skilled worker, because not everyone has the knowledge and skill needed to become one. Unskilled workers, though, are really easily replaced, because most people have the ability to do simple tasks or duties. Because of this, unskilled workers are quickly and commonly found. This is one of the other reasons why companies are willing to spend their money on hiring skilled workers than unskilled workers.
As a result of all the qualifications needed to become a skilled worker, demand for skilled workers are somewhat higher than the supply, causing scarcity. This causes companies all around the world to compete to get themselves skilled workers. And one of the ways is to offer higher salary or wages than other companies. On the contrary, unskilled workers have an abundant supply with less demand. Because of this, barely 1 company would sacrifice anything to get themselves more unskilled workers. Moreover, giving them higher salary or wages than their skilled worker.
Although most of the time, skilled workers earn more than unskilled workers, it does not close possibilities of those unskilled earning more than skilled workers. In special occasions, those skilled workers with high qualifications earn very little and even less than unskilled workers. Take a skilled teacher who decided to do a voluntary job for social reasons, as an example. They do not earn much. They earn very little, and sometimes less than the unskilled workers working in companies.
Even though possibilities are always there, it is still very rare to find skilled workers being paid less than unskilled workers. For all the reasons stated above (higher qualifications, more training time, higher education level, more experiences, more responsibility and accountability needed, how hard it is to replace them, and of course more are demanding for skilled workers), I am suggesting that most skilled workers are higher paid in comparison to unskilled workers and semi-skilled workers.

  14. You might be wondering why skilled worker earn more money than unskilled worker. First of all, skilled worker are people that are most likely to be called “skilled” people. Unskilled worker are people who work normal jobs that doesn’t literally need skill or any of the important things, but that doesn’t necessarily mean that they are “unskilled”. It is most likely to say that skilled worker have a higher demand and a lower supply, while unskilled worker has a lower demand and a higher supply.
Why is the supply low for skilled worker? Because it is a job that requires experience, high previous education, and other important things that makes the job a hard one to apply to. Also, because there are not many people that can be a skilled worker, not all people in this world can be educated, and not many people can afford being in school or they don’t have the willingness of studying hard and the effort to be one the skilled workers. Therefore, the supply of skilled worker is low, while the demand for skilled worker is high because many people want skilled people to work for their firms.
Unskilled worker are people who work in a job that can be done by almost anyone. It is a simple job that doesn’t need a high qualification, education, specific skills, effort, and etc, which is why the salary for unskilled worker is not that high. Demand for unskilled worker is low because managers prefer skilled worker to be working in their firms. Their supply is high because many people can do the job. Examples of unskilled worker are maid, cashier, cleaning service and etc. Though, there are some people who are forced to be unskilled worker because they were never taught or educated.
Skilled worker receive more than unskilled worker because they are more specialized. Many companies would like to hire skilled worker because it can make their firm a big success so they can bring good contribution to the company. Most firms don’t prefer unskilled worker because they seem like normal people that work in a normal company. The main goal for companies is to sell millions of goods, be a successful firm and be a worldwide company, and firms would want skilled worker because they want to accomplish that certain goal. Which is why skilled worker are wanted by many firms and skilled worker would be paid more according to the specific skills.

  15. Skilled Workers will earn more than the unskilled because skilled workers have the specific intelligences that is much better than the unskilled one. The basics that make differences between skilled and non-skilled workers is their knowledge they had and more experience they got. The higher level of knowledge enable those skilled workers to work at high level(exclusive)job. More higher level of occupation absolutely will have the higher level of risk they should face with. Because of higher level of risks and higher level of difficulties to accomplish the high-level job of course will effect to the amount of salary they(skilled workers) will earn. But to be successfully facing those high risk, will be need more and more experience they have to learn. That is skilled workers basics had. Those workers that have those two main important basics is very limited. May be many workers that are having enough knowledge but have little or even no experience learned, and those workers will not be very useful. So those skilled workers should be:e.g. Manager or Director of *International Big* Corporation, the CEO of an international corporation, engineer astronomy professor, Successful Investor(property, gold, etc.), and many great others.

But difference with unskilled workers. They have only low education, little or even no experience at all. They can't afford the difficulties of the exclusive job, the knowledge needed and high-risks should be faced. And those type of workers(non-skilled) is very unlimited. Because of much more lazy and fool guys over the world than the smart and diligent guy, and, much more poor people than the rich and successful people. So those unskilled workers always be at low level of occupation or will get much salary than the skilled workers. The occupation should be:e.g. PLN Electricity workers, School Security Guard, and many poor others.

But what I mean at the second paragraph is different from this one. If those poor and low education guys, BUT THEY HAVE MORALS AND LUCK, makes them trusted, helped by surroundings, and HAVE BIG EFFORT AND GREAT TARGET to CHANGE THEIR DESTINY. For example Chairul Tanjung, before he is the son of very poor farmer's family. His father(poor farmer) can't afford Chairul's school fee so that Chairul didn't have good education at all. BUT Chairul is a trusted guy and so he has many good friends that always help him. Since Chairul started a very simple and small business, his career rise up and rise up and now he is one of the top rich men over Indonesia(He owe TRANS TV Corp, TransStudio Mall Bandung, and many great others). The main factor that make his career rise up is Experience and Knowledge. He got much Knowledge from his good friends and got experience from many of his failures he got during upgrading his small business into higher level of business.

    So that's all from me

  16. There are 3 types of labour in economies, skilled workers, semi-skilled workers, and unskilled workers. Skilled workers are workers that has special knowledge on what their jobs is. Skilled workers refers to labour that requires workers who have specialized training or a learned skill-set to perform the work. These workers can be either blue-collar or white-collar workers, with varied levels of training or education. Very highly skilled workers may fall under the category of professionals, rather than skilled labor, such as doctors and lawyers. Examples of skilled labor occupations are: electricians, law enforcement officers, financial technicians, and administrative assistants. Some skilled labor jobs have become so specialized that there are worker shortages. Because of this, there are only a low number of skilled people who are willing to be substitutes. The demand for skilled workers are very high but the workers themselves are very limited in number. Besides skilled workers, there are unskilled workers. Unskilled workers are people that doesn't have the skills and knowledge owned by skilled workers and have minimum or no training. They generally do jobs that are relatively simple and don't require special training whatsoever.

Most skilled worker are paid higher than unskilled workers. There are reasons for this. They have the knowledge and skills that unskilled workers don't, skilled workers such as pilots can fly a plane as they got the knowledge and specialized skills they aquired from those company with help of simulators and years of training. Unskilled workers don't have the requirements that pilots have, such as a certificate for graduating flight schools and the experience of flying aqcuired from years of hard work and training in simulators. Unskilled workers can't do jobs that skilled workers can but skilled workers can do what unskilled workers can, but it happens very seldom because of another reason- demand is greater than supply. For example, there are many airline companies that needs experienced pilots but the skilled pilots themselves are limited as most of them already have a job. Naturally, when the demand is greater than supply, the price, or in this case, wages, increases, and thats why skilled labour are generally paid higher than unskilled workers. Unskilled workers, although almost all people can do their jobs, the demand for the jobs are quite low as compared to the supply. As many people can do it, the supply is greater than the demand, which causes their wage to be less compared to skilled workers. Demand for unskilled workers are getting lower as new technology and machinery seems more beneficial than hiring unskilled labour. For example, labor that was once done manually now may be assisted by computers or other technology, requiring the worker to have technological skills, which increases the demand for skilled labour causing unskilled workers getting even lesser wages.

Although GENERALLY skilled workers are paid higher than unskilled workers, some unskilled workers can get paid higher than skilled workers get. For example, IF someone made a medicine for curing cancer that requires workers to pick certain types of plants and mix them in a way that even an unskilled human can do but machines can't, people will start buying those medicine and the demand for the product increases but there can be a shortage in supply. How can they fix that? They can hire more unskilled workers and a few skilled ones as the job is simple and easy enough. But not hire skilled workers as it is too expensive and uneccessary. That causes an increase in demand for unskilled labour. If the demand continues to increase to a point where the supply of unskilled workers are lesser than the demand, they MIGHT get paid higher than skilled labour.

In conclusion, skilled labour GENERALLY gets paid higher than unskilled workers for plenty of reasons and factors, but they are not ALWAYS getting paid higher, as in some situations unskilled workers gets the upper hand.

  17. Skilled workers are workers who have more experience , more professional , more skills and knowledge. This type of workers usually is needed in a good/ well known companies. So that, the goods or services that is produced from the company will be better. Thats why skilled workers are highly paid.. The examples of skilled workers are : doctors, pilot, engineer , teachers , etc
Unskilled workers are workers who do not have many experience , does not have any skills. Companies does not really needs this type of workers... The examples of unskilled workers are : office boy, cleaning services, security, etc
The unskilled workers cannot do the job of skilled workers.. Why? Because they have a difference skills, for example : cleaning service cant do the job of a doctor.. But doctor is more needed in human's needs.. Thats why doctors are highly paid.. Not cleaning services.. Skilled worker must paid highly , because its fulfill human's needs and wants, unlike unskilled workers... The wages of skilled workers is much different than unskilled's wages.. Because the job and the skills are much different also.. Generally we know that skilled workers are useful for us.. But actually skilled workers cant do their job well without unskilled workers.. Doctor cant check the patient well if the place is dirty.. Thats why we need cleaning services
Conclusion .. SKILLED WORKERS are deserve to earn more than the unskilled workers.. Because of different job, skills, experience

  18. There are three types of workers: skilled workers, semi skilled workers, and non-skilled workers. Skilled it self means has training or specialized ability. And skilled worker means that the workers that have training or specialized ability. The examples of skilled workers are pilots, engineers, doctors, teachers, CEOs, chemists, architects, and physicians, etc. They always earn more because they have more on training time or specialized training, and have a higher educational or special knowledge, responsible with their job. They also should make demand more than supply. “Skilled workers earn more than unskilled workers”. I can say that this statement has an agree point and disagree point. The agree point is because of the point that I mention why they earn more. While the disagree points is because some of unskilled workers think with their condition now succeed enough because every person has their own ways to think about their own successfulness. Unskilled or non-skilled workers mean that the workers don’t have specialized ability. The examples are office boy, security, maid, cleaning service, restaurant dishwasher, etc. they get lower wages because lower level of education, also less responsibility, level of task and supply is greater than demand. Semi skilled workers are between skilled and non-skilled workers. The examples are room service waiter, nurse’s aide, etc. However there are still some of the unskilled workers earn more than skilled workers. In my opinion that’s because we can see from the intelligent, if unskilled workers are more intelligent than skilled workers, it might be happen. The conclusion is the skilled workers can earn more than non-skilled workers can be correct, however in some cases, it’s not valid.

  19. Skilled, semi skilled and unskilled are three types of labourers differentiated by their technique, work experience and ability to produce. Skilled workers are those workers who had proper training for the work or who are experienced and thus their outputs are better. Also, a skilled worker may have gained their experience through prior employment. A dental assistant, electrician, office clerk, and professor are examples of skilled workers. While semi skilled workers are those workers whose outputs are a little bit inferior to that of skilled workers. Semi-skilled worker is one who has sufficient knowledge of the particular trade or above to do respective work and simple job with the help of simple tools and machines. And unskilled workers are those workers whose outputs are the most inferior or in some cases they might produce the same quality of output but they take much longer time to produce it. You can divide the workers according to their working nature, as a supervisor you can have complete access to the working profile of the workers so rate them skilled, semi skilled and unskilled according to their output quality, time consumed, technique used and so on.
Companies are willing to pay more salary to skilled workers than to unskilled workers is because more qualification is needed to be a skilled worker, such as education.Skilled workers may have attended a college, university, technical school, or completed specific coursework. While unskilled worker weren't able to complete their education or even got a chance to go to school. Being a skilled worker needs to have working experiences, but unskilled worker has no qualification required. Skilled workers require specialist training and qualification, such as a telecommunications technician. Skilled labor are capable of working independently and efficiently and turning out accurate working. Skilled workers must be capable of reading and working on simple drawing circuits and process, if necessary. Unskilled workers is one who possesses no special training and whose work involves the performance of the simple duties which require the exercise of little or no independent judgement or previous experience although a familiarity with the occupational environment is necessary. A skilled worker has some special skill, knowledge, or ability in relation to their work. Skilled worker has higher responsibility than unskilled worker. Most (if not all) jobs require some level of skill, "skilled workers" bring some degree of expertise to the performance of a given job. For example, a factory worker who inspects new televisions for whether they turn on or off can fulfil this job with little or no knowledge of the inner workings of televisions. However, someone who repairs televisions would be considered a skilled worker, since such a person would possess the knowledge to be able to identify and correct problems with a television. Skilled labor are now limited supply but high demand, because nowadays companies need these people to manage they're company well, which is hard to find someone that has the idea of managing a company well and how hard it is to replace skilled labor. On the other hand, unskilled labor is lower in demand but higher in supply.
As the conclusion, skilled workers gets higher salary than unskilled workers as they're trained, educated, high post, higher demand for skilled worker.

  20. First of all, the definition of job is the work that we are doing to earn our living. Jobs divided into 3 parts, skilled job, semi skilled, and non skilled job, but i will focus on skilled job and non skilled job. Skilled job is workers that have special knowledge, for example, pilot, doctor, teacher, CEO, engineer, etc. Whereas non skilled job is a manual workers or non skilled workers, they have lower level of knowledge. For example, office boy, security, cleaning service, etc. Skilled workers always earn more than unskilled workers because skilled workers have more responsibility than unskilled workers, they have more knowledge than unskilled workers because the skilled workers may have attended a college, university, or technical school because they have learned their skills on their job. The demand of skilled workers is higher than supply of skilled workers. That’s why the government tend to give favour to the skilled workers rather than the unskilled workers. If we see from the unskilled workers side, we can see that they have higher supply than the demand, so the government don't give favour to the unskilled worker. Skilled workers don’t take long period of time to do the training, at least 4 until 5 years of training. Skilled workers also have lesser level of substitution than the unskilled workers. Another reasons why skilled workers always earn more than unskilled workers, is skilled workers have more experience that they already achieved than the unskilled workers. Unskilled workers also have less responsibility of doing task. They also have lower level of experience, and most of them have lower level of education. Generally, however, individual skilled workers are more valued to a given company than unskilled workers, as skilled workers tend to be more difficult to replace. As a result, skilled workers tend to demand more in the way of financial compensation because of their efforts. Like i said before, that skilled workers have some special skills, knowledge, and ability in their work. Skilled workers also can finished their task well. Against from the statement, there are some unskilled workers that actually have more ability to do their work than the skilled workers. But, most of the company don’t see their “hidden talent or knowledge”, they only see on their marks, which is not that important, knowledge is the most important thing to tell them which categories are they, skilled workers or unskilled workers. Sometimes, unskilled workers also have more ideas than the skilled workers, but the company don’t realize it. If they are able to give many ideas to the company, the company can give them higher salary than the skilled workers. Whereas, if they know it, they will get the benefit also. Conclusion : skilled workers mostly paid more than unskilled workers. Skilled workers earn more money than unskilled workers because they have more demand than the supply, that’s make the government give favour to skilled workers. Skilled workers also have specialised knowledge. Skilled workers position are not seasonal/temporary, and at least have 4 until 5 years of training.

  21. There are 2 main types of workers the skilled and unskilled workers. Generally skilled workers has a higher wage rate than that of unskilled ones. There are many reasons why skilled workers earns more money than unskilled workers. The main reason is that the supply of people who could take that job is less than the demand of workers needed for that specific job ( The demand is more than the supply). A great example would be that the need for doctors for a hospital is quite an awful lot because there will always be patients because people are always going to be sick. But not all people are doctors again, meaning that the supply is less than the demand which makes these people much more valuable than unskilled workers. But other than that reason there are also other factors that effects the higher wage ratio of the skilled worker compared to the unskilled workers. The amount of replacements there are definitely less than unskilled workers. The level of education needed for a skilled job is very high compared to a unskilled job. The other reason is because the responsibility of a skilled worker’s job is much higher than a unskilled job.
In conclusion, there are many factors that effects why a does a skilled worker generally receives more than an unskilled worker. But the main and simplest reason is that the supply of people who could get or apply for the job is less that the demand of the people needed for a skilled job. Causing them to be more valuable than unskilled workers

  22. Skilled workers are people that is demanded by many company because skilled worker has a quality in some particular work which they have studied in there college. To be a skilled worker it need alot of experience and responsibility but non skilled worker are different because non skilled worker doesn't have enough experience and responsibility to work like a skilled worker. Skilled worker would earn more than non skilled worker because skilled worker could get a better job and would earn more. Non skilled worker usually get lower earning because non skilled worker are less demanded by company with that they will get less job and the job would only offer less earning than the skilled worker. The advantage of beeing a skilled worker is that we can earn money for our living we also can learn how to be an responsible person and we can earn more experience, with more experience many company will demanded for us even more with the more demand the higher we earn because each company will offer different amount of wages and service so we will work in their company and there company would be even be better because they have a skilled worker. The disadvantage is that to be a skilled worker it takes alot of time because we need to go to college for years before we get the badge which we have mastered the particular subject and we can be a skilled worker. The disadvantage to be a non skilled worker is non skilled worker doesn't have enough education either because they are poor or they are lazy to study hard because of it they will be hard to find a work but if they get a work there earnings would be as high as the skilled worker's earning. The conclusion is that we need to be skilled worker eventhough it would take alot of time and by beeing a skilled worker we can get work more easy so our earning will get higher but we still need to be responsible with all our work because the more we work the more experience so we could receive more knowledge and fix our mistakes and we will became better.

  23. there are 3 types of workers and they are skilled workers, semi skilled workers and unskilled workers. skilled workers are workers who have a special skill or knowledge about their job like for example doctor, engineer, teachers and many more. semi skilled workers are workers who have a some skill or knowledge about their job for example people who works in a factory and for manufacturing stuff. unskilled workers are workers who don't have any special skill and they are not trained enough to perform their job like janitors, office boy, garbage collector and security guards. Now i'm going to talk about why skilled workers earn more unskilled workers. Skilled workers have to invest certain time to obtain their skill so they have to go to school and have special training while unskilled workers don't need any special training to do their job and unskilled workers don't have to invest a lot of time to know how to do their job. Skilled workers are hard to replace but unskilled workers are easy to replace and that is because there are more unskilled workers than skilled workers. For someone to obtain special skills they need to allocate a lot of time and money to reach the level of skills that is needed to become a skilled worker. Unskilled workers don't have to train as hard as skilled workers to do their job so their jobs are much easier to execute than skilled worker's jobs. Skilled workers are workers that all companies want because they can really help companies to earn more money and the workers will be paid very high. If you just come to a doctor for a medicine prescription you have the doctor a large amount of money. Skilled workers such as managers could leed a lot of workers to do their job perfectly and of course the manager will have a high wage. And in conclusion skilled workers will always earn more money than unskilled workers because of the skilled workers' knowledge, skill, and experience.

  24. Labor as we speak is divided into 3 types: Unskilled Workers, Semi-Skilled Workers, and Skilled Workers. Skilled Workers always have higher wages than unskilled and semi-skilled workers. The main question is, why they earn more money? Firstly, what are Skilled Workers? Skilled workers are people possessing certain skills usually attained through training and studying. The type of training varies and a skilled worker doesn’t have to be highly educated or possess much job experience, but the more educated they are, the more money they will make. There are several factors making the skilled workers has higher wages. Skilled Workers tend to have higher wages mostly because of their scarcity in the open market and their high level of education and experience makes the more capable than semi-skilled and unskilled workers. Skilled Labors are scarce in some countries because of the level of education in their particular area ex. People in Nigeria tend to have lower knowledge because the country has a low level of education because of their very limited resources. Skilled workers also have a higher motivation to work because they are sometimes overpaid the company. Most Skilled workers demand high wages because they will think that they are the best workers in the market.

  25. Generally, skilled workers earn more than the unskilled ones. We might ask ourselves a question. Why? Skilled workers are called skilled because they have skills. They are professional. They are a leader. Business always wants the skilled ones because they’re skilled and could make profit. Most have specialized training for it. Skills are rare, it takes guts to do work well. While unskilled workers’ skill usually be something many people could do. They won’t require specialized training. They won’t make much impact for the company. They don’t get high achievements or award. Unskilled workers do simple jobs. A skilled worker could end up being a teacher, a doctor, a CEO, a lawyer, and etc. Those are occupations most likely to be successful. But an unskilled one could just be a staff, janitor, office boy and etc. All those occupations will just be ordinary jobs. Reasons they’re called unskilled is because of some factors. From the word ‘unskilled’, we know that they have less skills than the high ones. Unskilled workers are less educated. They might get less education back then. They might be living in a poor city with bad education, they don’t study hard, they’re lazy, and many more. Therefore, they’re low qualified, they won’t be able to get every job if low qualified. Unskilled workers got less money because there are many unskilled workers, therefore, they’re easy to find. And also, everyone could probably do the unskilled workers job because it doesn’t take much skill to do it. They also get low responsibilities in the job. Generally, the more skilled ones will have a higher position. And so when they finish their work, they won’t get much money. Unskilled workers might have less experience or no experience at all. They might work for the first time. But skilled workers are the other way around. Skilled workers generally has higher position than the unskilled ones because skilled ones get more responsibility to do the job. That means, they have higher responsibility too, or, they have more dangerous jobs, which has to be paid more. Dangerous jobs such as constructions in high places could risk life, therefore they’re paid more. Skilled workers will surely be experienced. They could have worked before. They are highly educated, it means they get good education in their life, which means they will surely be more qualified. They could finish tasks well. But the difference, why skilled workers get more money, is that non skilled workers have higher supply, and less demand. But skilled workers have higher demand, and less supply. So with the skilled workers having higher demand, they want more, so they’ll earn more. But unskilled ones, they have high supply which cause them to earn less. So the conclusion is, generally, skilled workers will earn more for their high demand, high position, high responsibility, highly educated, high qualified, and lots of experience to work. -Kevin 8C

  26. Wages given to a person depends on their skills. There are 3 main types of worker : skilled worker, semi skilled worker, and non skilles worker. Skilles worker are workers that not all people can do because only people that have learned that knew about it and they will got a high salary, example : doctor, president, movie director, pilot. Semi skilled worker are a kind of work that some people can do and not very hard to be got at that occupation, example : driver. While non skilled worker are kind of work that all people can do, example : office boy, maid.
There are some reasons why the more skilled worker will get the highest salary while the non skilled worker will get the lowest salary. The first reason, the skilled worker will have a higher knowledge because they have studied hard to be in their occupation. The second reason, the skilled worker will be more responsible because what they did can make others life in danger for example pilot, if he did a wrong thing his passangers’ life can de in danger.
The third reason, the skilled worker will have more qualification because the more skills a worker had they also will have a better wuality. The fourth reason, the skilled worker will have a high demand and low supply which means many company want that people to be their worker but the person only want to work in 1 company, so in order for the company to make the people work with them, the compnay offer the person with a high salary.
The fifth reason, the skilled people will have more experince because they have been work in many companies while the non skilled worker don’t have too much experiencebecause they only work in some places. Here are the reasons why high slaary are given onle for skilled worker while non skiled worker will have a lower salary, thankyou - tiffany aurelia 8C -

  27. Skilled workers are the people who are skilled, they are qualificated and educated. It requires a knowledge and it may take a long time to learn it. For example is Pilot, CEO, army, doctor, teacher, engineer. Unskilled workers has fewer skills and they are less educated. It may requires energy and only short time to learn it. For example maid, dishwasher, office boy, security, clerk. The reason why the skilled worker are pay more than the unskilled worker are because they have more experience, higher demand than the supply of the skilled worker, they are more responsible to their job, the job required a skill that can be done by the skilled worker for example a chemist in a chemical factory, there is lesser level of substitution of skilled workers, and they also have a special knowledge and ability in order to perform the job, unskilled workers don't need a high level of education for example sweeping the floor, they also have less responsibility, and easier level of task, also supply for unskilled worker is greater than the demand. The conclusion is that skilled workers are pay more because they are more educated and have special knowledge and ability than the unskilled because they have less skilled, knowledge, and ability.

  28. Occupation is work done by a person in exchange for money, which is used to fulfill their needs. We called those people who work, workers. There is a criteria which the need to fulfill, in which this case is, Skills. Their skills are divided into 3 types, Skilled worker, Semi-skilled workers and Non-skilled workers. Why do Skilled workers always earns more than Non-skilled workers? There’s a lot of factors playing in this case, which is that the demand for Skilled workers are higher than the Non-skilled workers as Skilled workers is more professional and can carry more responsibility and finish the job rather than Non skilled ones. The demand for Skilled worker is higher than the supply, because they are hard to replace, as they have more experience than Non-skilled workers, they had gone through a lot of training, a higher degree of education, like, the Bachelor’s degree, the Master’s degree and Doctorate’s degree. The jobs that Skilled workers has are harder than the Non-skilled ones, as their works are mainly labour, while jobs like being a doctor, an example of skilled work, needs a lot of precision. Non-skilled worker is exactly the opposite. Even though Semi-skilled workers are ‘semi’, meaning that they are in the middle, Skilled workers still earns a lot more than both of them.

  30. Job is the work we do to earn wages/salary for an indivudual’s living.
In general, there are three types of workers : Skilled Workers, Semi-skilled workers, and unskilled workers. Skilled workers refers to labour who have specialized training and required skills to perform the work. They must be self sufficient and hard working to complete their tasks in the firm well. Such examples of workers are doctor, lawyer, pilot, chief executive directors, and many more.
On the other hand, unskilled workers are jobs that are mundane and doesn’t require specific skills or education. This simply means that anyone can easily do their job well. They receive the lowest salary compared to the three. Examples are cleaning service, maid, factory worker, pizza delivery guy and so on.
People with skills don’t naturally come with it, they need to face a lot of stages from becoming one. Skilled people tend to attract higher rates of wages. It allows them to make best use of their skills and produce goods with satisfaction.
Education is an important factor in increasing skill level. Skilled workers must have a high education that varies from bachelors to doctorate degree in order for them to maximise their potential. They have more knowledge and so are capable of knowing they’re duties. Simple tasks perform by unskilled workers means high education are not needed. Thus, unskilled workers have a lack in education. Most workers only reached high school in their education or even lower!
Skilled workers are trained well to purely understand their future duties in the business and maximise their full potential. One cannot be fully skilled without any experiences, and it usually needs more than 2 years. Workers with high experienced can face their job’s problems indepedently and profesionally. For a non skilled worker, they are usually taught the basic informations and instructions of their job, but no further and specialized training.
Skilled workers also have compulsory good qualifications. Firms needs labour that can help they’re company big and successful. First, labourers must be highly educated, meets the standards of the firm, experienced, etc, before finally accepting them to the job (which process takes a really long time to). The government usually pity non skilled people and hires them to social jobs that doesn’t require any qualifications, just so that they can earn some money. Examples of them are street garbage collector.
Therefore, huge amounts of responsibilites are required to skilled workers. They must merely be able to produce goods and services with strive and effort. Because of their position in the company, sometimes mistakes done can affect a great part of their job. Skilled workers can also improve processes in the business. Non skilled workers have their own responsibilites, but not that much that could affect their whole career.
Fourth, skilled workers aren’t easy to be replaced, and hard to find. Not everyone can be a skilled worker but many wished to. Many people couldn’t effort the further fees of becoming a skilled and professional worker (ex. education fees). Because of this, the demand for skilled workers are high, but the supply of labour is constantly low. On the other hand, the supply of non skilled workers are relatively high than demand. Demand and supply are not balanced, therefore not everyone can secure a place in their future, due to SCARCITY.
Much of the time, skilled workers earned much more than unskilled, but not ALL of the time. Voluntary jobs for social public done by skilled workers such as giving vaccines to the poor isn’t much paid, or not at all. Also, because some unskilled workers includes customer services jobs, if a customer is impress with them they can earn quite a lot of extra wages.
Conclusion is that skilled workers are paid much more than unskilled due to their specialization and ability to do their job. They produce greater demand for labour from firms they are working with. Also because of the less supply of labour, government and firms tend to pay them more.

  31. There are 3 types of workers which are skilled, semi-skilled and unskilled. Skilled workers are rare in the market of labour yet many people want them. This is why they earn more because if they offer a low salary, the skilled workers can just take another job. Skilled workers are more experienced and therefore produce more output. Unskilled workers are workers who are easy to find and low in demand. The characteristics of skilled workers is that they have high level of education, hard to find, produce many output and have good experience. The characteristics of unskilled workers is that they lack experience, low level of education, produce low output and easy to find. The skilled workers have the mentality to run the company. They have a high level of knowledge compared to the unskilled workers. Examples of Skilled workers are directors, CEO, football player etc. Unskilled workers are usually the people who does the physical activities that keeps a company going. Examples of unskilled workers are security guards, staffs etc. Skilled workers usually earn more than the unskilled workers because they produce more output and scarce yet high in demand. When goods or services are low in supply and high in demand the cost of obtaining that good or services are high. But this is not always the case as some unskilled workers participate in dangerous or challenging activity that can value millions of dollars. One example is a task to survive on an inhabited island with bringing nothing but yourself and using the island resources. The conclusion to this is that most skilled workers earn more because of the output produced and scarcity of them but if unskilled worker participate in "unique" activity, they can earn much more.

  32. There are 3 types of workers, which is skilled worker, semi skilled worker, and non skilled or manual workers. Skilled workers are workers who has special skills, knowledge, or ability in their work. Skilled occupations are more harder than unskilled and semiskilled occupations ( job ). They require more training time and often a higher educational attainment. Abstract thinking in specialized fields may be required. A skilled worker may have attended a college, university or technical school. The examples of skilled workers are pilots, engineers ,directors, doctors, teachers, and CEO of a business. Although skilled workers are more expensive than other workers in the market, they provide tremendous value to companies willing to employ them. Skilled workers can improve many different processes in a company depending on their expertise. Semi skilled workers are workers that is not that skilled, but also not non skilled, so meaning that they are in the middle. Examples of semi skilled workers are chauffer, room service waiter, carpenter, nurse’s aide, and administrative assistant. They’re job is not as hard as skilled workers, but also not that easy as the unskilled ones. Unskilled workers is the worker that has no special training and the work is very easy or very simple, but the wages is also low. Unskilled workers may have no experience in the past, or they doesn’t get education at all, that’s why they are willing to work for low wages. Example of unskilled workers are office boy, securities, maids, and cleaning service. Skilled workers are pay more highly than semiskilled workers and unskilled workers because they have a specialised knowledge, high demand supply ( many people want the skilled workers ) , level of experience, lesser level of substitution and responsibility. Therefore, unskilled workers have low wages because they have lower level of education, less responsibility, level of task ( easy job ), and the supply is bigger than the demand, which means that there are very many unskilled workers but the people who want them is little.
So the conclusion is that skilled workers are paid more than the semi skilled workers and the non skilled workers because that the skilled workers work harder than the non skilled and semi skilled, and they also have more responsibility than them. So they deserves to get paid higher than the others.

  33. Skilled workers and unskilled workers are different in many ways. Skilled jobs require advanced knowledge and skill. Skilled job companies need lots of prove that proves the applicant suitable for the job. Some skilled job companies may ask for the applicant’s background, family history, and education history. Some may also want to see the applicant’s university degree certificate. Skilled workers are often University graduates. Job companies may require the applicant’s degree certificate. Skilled jobs includes Businessman/woman, Scientist, Architect, etc. Unskilled workers are often high school graduates, and these jobs includes maids, drivers, maintenance service, or cleaning service. Unskilled jobs only asks “What can you do” to the applicants. They don’t need university degree nor education background. They only need to know what they can at least do, for example a maid is asked if she can cook, do laundry, mop or sweep the floor, also drivers are asked if he could drive a car. Skilled jobs are paid more because of their high knowledge. For example, an Inventor may invent a Nannybot, which is a useful thing for parents with toddlers and babies, or maybe a Scientist discover something new, write it in a record, and is published in many books and encyclopedias to be studied by students of either High school or elementary. They produce highly useful stuff and they are needed more by other people. It is why they are paid more. Their amount are demanded more by companies than their actual amount . There are not too many person like that, for example Steve Jobs was the CEO of Apple Inc. He was a creative person, until he died. Apple Inc. will most likely fall because there are less or nobody can replace Steve Jobs . Whilst an unskilled workers are lessly demanded, whilst there are many applicants who wants that job. For example you only want one maid, then around 1000 women will apply to the job.

  34. Basically , occupation are divided into three according to the skills , they are skilled , semi skilled and non skill. Skilled is the one who usually get the highest wages among this three . This happen because , to be a skilled people , we need a very high education and also a great experience .With this reason , usually company will give a very high wages compare to the non skill. Some other reason for this high wages also comes from our responsibility . A company also want a workers who have a really high responsibility of their work.without that responsibility , company may get loss , and didnt make any profit. and if there are no profit but the company keep making a loss , by the time the company will get bankrupt and ofcoure the company didnt want that happen . second , people usually get a high wages because they dont have any people that can replace them . this will cause a company to paid more . Because if the company loss this person , it will be very hard to find the new one . Third , they can get a high wages because of their work in that company are very good . This make the company increase their wages because their produce a lot of profit for the company .
Beside of the skilled people , there are also an unskilled people. Unskilled people are the one who didnt have a really high skills . And because of this many company didnt give a really high wages , because their work in that company didnt produce a lot of profit , they just help the company so that it can run smoothly . Like example the office boy .Office boy are just helping the company in term of cleaning . And that didnt produce any money , but it help the company so that it can run smoothly . Second they didnt get a high wages also because of their low education . Company cant give a really high task for them , because of it . If the company want them to work , they must give some extra training and that will cost a lot of time and some money .instead of hiring them , company are usually just hire the skilled people . Third they also got a low wages because they have alot of replacement . This happen because most of people in the world didnt have a really high skill , but they want some work to get a money which can fulfill their needs and wants .

  37. There are 3 types of occupation, skilled workers, unskilled workers and semi workers. Skilled workers always earn more money than the unskilled workers and the semi workers. Skilled workers are called “skilled” because they have specialized knowledge and they need to be trained for a long time to specialize they’re skills and ability. Skilled workers also have high demand and supply which means that many people wants to be a skilled worker. Examples of skilled workers are pilot, doctor, CEO ect. Unlike skilled workers unskilled workers are called “unskilled” because their job needs low level of education like janitors and securities. They also don’t need any training for their jobs because they have easier level of task. Unskilled workers have high supply and low demand, because their wages are only enough for a living. Skilled workers needs to have a high level of experience which means that they have worked in some companies a couple of times which makes them easier to do their job in the company because they have the experience of doing their job before, unlike the unskilled jobs they are not needed of a high experience because their jobs don’t need education or much knowledge. Skilled workers have lesser level of substitution which means that less people could substitute them when they are not available. On the other hand the unskilled workers have a high level of substitution because there are a lot of supplies or there are a lot of unskilled workers that can substitute the worker when not available.
Conclusion: Because skilled workers have specialized knowledge and need a long process of training they are very needed by companies and have harder level of tasks they are given high wages, while unskilled workers need less education and don’t need specialized knowledge and have high supply and low demand and their task is easy they earn less than the skilled workers and only have enough earnings for a living.

  38. Basically a person's ability to work at grade into skilled worker, semi-skilled worker, and unskilled worker. Skilled workers are workers who have special skills to perform duties and responsibilities in job. Example, doctors, accountants, engineers, cooks, etc. worker are unskilled workers who do not have special skills or knowledge. So that their ability to work mostly rely on power compared to the knowledge. Example of the unskilled worker is maid, postman, waiter, and dustman.

Usually, the company seeking more skilled workers than unskilled workers. this is due to a lot of trouble and work that requires skills and knowledge. but, companies also need unskilled worker jobs fatherly basis (such as office boy and cleaning service). in fact, the supply of unskilled workers more than unskilled worker demand. this led to wages being lower than the unskilled worker. When the wages of unskilled worker is low, mostly unskilled workers move to move the work to find a job with a higher salary and the customs of the longer one works then wages will increase. as said previously unskilled worker changed jobs more frequently move their income was generally always less

which causes the difference between the salary of unskilled workers with skilled worker is experience, knowledge, and level of education. Usually the more experienced then the salary of a skilled worker will be even greater this is because the experience of making the decision to be more effective and efficient. Survival of the company is determined by the decisions made by skilled worker.

A level of education is also a reference company in giving skilled worker salaries and usually has a high level of education compared to the unskilled worker. as it is known that the higher the level of education, earned wages will be higher. This case clearly shows that unskilled worker paid less than the skilled worker.

Knowledge possessed by the worker will influence the decisions and behavior of workers in the run the responsibilities. A place to gain knowledge is to the school, university, experience. Thus, it can be said skilled worker has sufficient knowledge to carry out their duties. Whereas, unskilled worker should be trained first to acquire the same knowledge with skilled worker. Unskilled worker can become skilled worker by training really hard, get a lot of experience, and find out knowledge of the senior skilled worker

So in conclusion, i think the skilled worker has a salary that is more than the unskilled worker. Unskilled worker can also match the salary of the skilled worker with hard work. luck can be one of the factor.

  39. Worker are people who work with their hand and use their brain to help make good and services. Worker is important part of the free market system. There are 2 types of worker : skilled worker and unskilled worker.Skilled worker is Highly skilled work employee is one who does the work which involves skill or competence of extra-ordinary degree and possesses supervisory ability.Unskilled Labor Unskilled labor does not require workers to have special training or skills.there are some differences between skilled and unskilled worker, for example, education, wages, and demand of supply.

First, skilled and unskilled have difference from educational. Skilled worker must attend a formal school from high school level until college program. They need to have specialized training or a learned skill-set to perform the work. These workers can be either blue-collar or white-collar workers, with varied levels of training or education. Very highly skilled workers may fall under the category of professionals, rather than skilled labor, such as doctors and lawyers. Examples of skilled labor occupations are: electricians, law enforcement officers, computer operators, financial technicians, and administrative assistants. Some skilled labor jobs have become so specialized that there are worker shortages. On the other hand, the unskilled worker only need little or no training. For example, labor that was once done manually now may be assisted by computers or other technology, requiring the worker to have technological skills. Examples of remaining unskilled labor occupations generally include farm laborers, grocery clerks, hotel maids, and general cleaners and sweepers.

Second, the more skilled people the more u need to pay.Although skilled workers are more expensive than other workers in the market, they provide tremendous value to companies willing to employ them. Skilled workers can improve many different processes in a company depending on their expertise. Better production processes, financial reporting and research and development are areas that skilled workers can improve for businesses. These improvements can create a strong competitive edge for businesses and push inefficient producers from the market.besides,Unskilled labor is the cheaper and less technical portion of the workforce that makes up a large part of an economy's labor market. This workforce plays the important part of performing daily production tasks that do not require technical abilities. Menial and repetitive tasks are the common workplace of unskilled labor; some unskilled labor tasks may include customer-service positions that help consumers when purchasing goods from a company. so unskilled workers can complete the tasks with little or no formal education of the positions.

Third, based on the high salary and education, the supply of skilled worker relative to demand is lower than unskilled worker. The lower supply of skilled worker is caused by the high qualification and long period to take the education. On the other hand, the supply for unskilled worker is high and the demand is low it is because unskilled worker doesn't require any qualification and the price is cheap.

As the result, although skilled and unskilled are different, a successful company use a mix labor strategy to manage their business and produce efficient goods.

  40. In this world, there are three types of workers, which is the skilled-worker,semi-skilled worker and the non-skilled worker.Skilled workers earn more than the non-skilled worker. The reason why is that skilled-workers are scarce, only a few people are qualified to be called a skilled-worker,but almost everyone in this world are qualified to be a non-skilled worker.Skilled-workers also has a special thing in themselves that made them a skilled-worker,unlike the non-skilled worker which have no special abilities and stuff. The level of task of a skilled-worker is indeed very tough and difficult,it acquires a great mentality to do it.Non-skilled workers are the one who did easy jobs, which requires no mentality or even determination. The responsibility of a skilled-worker is also very high and hard to bare. Some skilled-workers must even be responsible of people's life! But non-skilled workers were not given a great responsibility, maybe they were not even given a responsibility to take.To be a skilled-worker,you must sacrifice a lot of things, you won't be able to have much time with your family, you must spend a lot of time in your life to be devoted to your job.You must also study real hard to be one, some even spend more than 10 years studying to be qualified to become a skilled-worker.Not to mention, the experience you need to get,a skilled worker without experience would not be able to do such great task ahead of them. They need both experience and education, both are also very hard to gain in life.Unlike skilled-workers that does not need any experience and education to be able to work, they just need to use their energy and listen to their boss well. But,there are some circumstances in which non-skilled workers gain more than skilled-workers.Like if a non-skilled worker had worked for a lifetime in a certain place, his wage would have been very big because we gains a bit more of wages each year.Non-skilled workers which maybe did very well in their work can also be awarded highly. For example,if a certain office boy did very well in cleaning all the rooms in a certain building,he maybe awarded highly because of his hard works. Not even a skilled-worker can manage to clean all the rooms in a certain building. The conclusion is that eventhough in some cases non-skilled workers gained more than a skilled-worker.Skilled-workers will mostly earn more than a non-skilled worker.

  41. As defined in dictionary, a skilled worker is someone having or showing the knowledge, ability or training to perform a certain activity or task well. They may have attended a college, university or technical school. Skilled workers acquire skills formally from school or informally from work. They don’t necessarily need any experience to be classified a skilled worker. As long as they have skills, you can consider those people a skilled worker. There is a low supply of skilled workers and not anyone can be a skilled workers. Some examples are technician, car mechanics, electrician and many more.

On the other hand, an unskilled worker or a laborer is someone not having or requiring special skill or training. Education certification is not required for unskilled workers. They only need the ability to work. There is a higher supply of unskilled workers than skilled workers and anyone can be an unskilled workers. Some examples are maids, garbage collectors, street sweeper and many more.

I think a skilled worker will always earn more than unskilled workers. I say that because most skilled workers can perform their work more efficiently or do a more complex task, which will make them earn them more than unskilled workers. For an example, an unskilled worker may not be able to repair a television, unless they learn how to do it. Let’s just say the unskilled worker learned how to and is able to fix the television. But a skilled worker will be more efficient and can do the task faster.

  42. Every people has different skills, occupation and of course, wages. Different type of jobs require different level of skills of the worker. There are 3 main types of worker: skilled worker, semi-skilled worker and non-skilled worker. Skilled worker, is the worker that qualify a specific intelligence, experience, training and they are capable to do their work well, they may have attend college or university, have some experience from some work he/she have done and they’re highly educated. And semi-skilled worker is the worker that is able to work with adequate supervision, they have enough mastery of the task at hand to not have to be supervised constantly but would not be considered a professionals. While non-skilled worker is the worker that is not having or requiring any special skill or training.
The examples of the skilled workers’ occupation are: doctors, lawyers, pilots, economists, mathematicians and etch. They are paid with high wages because the jobs they’re doing are not easy, not everyone can do. Though the demand for the job is fairly high, but the people who’s capable to take the high responsibility and there’s low level of replacement, they are scarce. The company or organization must choose the one who will provide the company with benefits and to keep up the companies’ income and profit, that’s why most skilled workers are paid more than the semi-skilled and non skilled.
Semi-skilled worker may have the education or no, they have some skill, knowledge and some training and ability to do their work. Those workers’ output is less than the skilled one, and they’re working with a simple job and simple tools. The examples of the works are: taxi drivers, control inspector, typist, etch. Most of people can do this job and there is more replacement can be found than the skilled workers.
And the non-skilled workers, they don’t need any education or special skills and training. Everyone can do the jobs that non-skilled workers do. The examples for their jobs are: office boy, low-leveled waiter/waitress. But the high skilled workers will not want to do those jobs because they’re highly educated, study really hard for the jobs/occupations they have aimed.
And for the skilled workers, they deserve being paid higher than the semi-skilled and non-skilled. This statement generally acceptable but in some other cases, there are some people with super genius mind that they can be success and paid with higher like the skilled workers or even more without have to trying really hard. Something like this can happen sometimes. But the first statement is more common than the second.
So the conclusion is: the statement skilled worker is generally paid more than semi and non-skilled is generally accepted and true. And the second statement sometimes can happen too though.

  43. In economics they're 3 types of labor in Economics, skilled worker, unskilled worker, and the less skilled worker. Skilled worker are workers that are specialized in that occupation. For Example: Lawyer, Accountant, Economists, etc. Unskilled workers are workers that don’t have the skills and knowledge owned by skilled workers and has less or no training. They normally do simple jobs that do not require special training. Ex: Household Wife

Whereas less skilled workers are the workers that also have skills owned by skilled workers, but they're not as skilled as skilled as skilled workers. Most skilled workers are paid more than less and unskilled workers. Because they specialize on their task, they have more productivity in their work and they will make things faster. This will make the company create more profit. Skilled workers have big responsibility because they do hard jobs. Whereas unskilled workers only do easy and doesn’t need special skills to do their work. Skilled workers work harder than unskilled worker.

Even though skilled workers are more talented, doesn’t mean that there will be a lot of demands for skilled workers. There are fewer demands for skilled workers than unskilled workers. One of the factors is because of high qualification and degree of studying he/she has.

The point is maybe skilled workers are paid more than unskilled workers. But companies should also use mix labor to gain optimum result

  44. Different people have different skills, different responsibilities, and different capabilities. Skills are basically divided into 3 parts, which are the skilled workers, semi-skilled workers, and the unskilled workers. A skilled worker is a worker that has a capability to do its responsibility in a company. Almost every skilled worker has high level of education, the higher level of education the person gets, and the person is assumed to be more skilled.

Usually people that have more education tend to get higher wages. Unskilled workers are worker that did not have capabilities to see problems in general and solves problem based on knowledge. Because of that, unskilled workers did not have the capabilities to compete with skilled workers to get the same job.

Example of a skilled workers would be and architect, doctors, economist, accountant and etc. and an example of a unskilled workers would be cleaning service, dustman, post man, securities, and maids.

Skilled workers do not have to be trained again because they already have the knowledge that is obtained when they are learning before and they are ready to work. If a company takes an unskilled worker, then the company has to pay more expenses to train the worker. So, most companies prefer to have skilled workers with higher wages to pay, rather than an unskilled worker with a lower wage than the skilled workers. The capability of an skilled worker in solving problems, usually is more often efficient and useful because, the decision they make is based on their knowledge, so the going concern of the company is more guaranteed, because of this, the company dares to pay skilled workers, with higher wages.

The jobs for the skilled workers are limited than unskilled workers. The jobs of the Unskilled workers usually doesn’t stays for a while because, the unskilled workers always look for new jobs that can give more wages, so the cycle of the job of an unskilled workers is higher than the skilled workers, and so, the supply of the unskilled worker is higher than the demand. And vise versa, people that have good skilled is scarce, so the demand of the skilled worker is higher and can cause the wages of the skilled worker to be greater too. Other examples of why skilled workers have earned more than unskilled is also because of the duties of each skilled and unskilled workers are different, and also the responsibility of a skilled worker is higher than an unskilled worker so, of course the skilled worker earns more than the unskilled workers.

But in a few occasions, unskilled workers get more earnings than skilled workers. Example, a food seller on the street can later have a restaurant built because of his or her hard working. The reason of skilled workers getting more earnings is also because the level of education, skilled people mostly have higher level of education when they are younger, unskilled worker do not because of several occasion such as a person couldn’t pay his school fees due to lack of money.

So, in conclusion, in my opinion, skilled workers usually earn more than unskilled workers, base on their capabilities on doing their jobs. But, not all skilled workers get more earnings than unskilled.

  45. A skill is the learned ability to carry out pre-determined results often with the minimum outlay of time, energy, or both; skill is something that you do and you can be good at it by practicing it. Whilst knowledge is a familiarity with someone or something, which can include facts, information, descriptions, or skills acquired through experience or education. A skilled worker is a worker that has some special skill, knowledge or ability in their work. They are the one’s who are independent and they are the ones who work efficiently and productively. Examples of skilled workers are doctors, lawyers, teachers, economist, law enforcements, accountants, etc.
On the other hand, an unskilled worker is one who lacks professional skill or expertise. These people might be called unskilled because maybe they have less experience or maybe they aren’t equipped with the skill to do their job. Or maybe their jobs are the types of jobs that don’t require any specific skill to be able to do that job. Examples of unskilled workers are office boys, garbage collectors, laborers, janitors, etc.
Skilled workers are commonly paid more than unskilled workers. Why? You may ask, it’s because skilled workers may have more education than unskilled workers, and maybe they have more experience, making them more qualified than unskilled workers.
On the contrary, unskilled workers are high in supply but low in demand, they are workers with little training, their jobs are the jobs that anyone can do with minimal instruction or knowledge in the field. The amount of unskilled workers are actually quite high since not many people can have the chance to have a good education or enter an opulent family that can afford to give them high education. But maybe some did get the chance but they were to lazy so they took it for granted and now they are included as one of the unskilled workers since they didn’t use what’s been provided for them.
Skilled workers and unskilled workers have different level of education. That factor also affects the reason why skilled workers get paid more than unskilled workers. The level of education that a skilled worker has, takes years to achieve, for example a doctor, for a student to study to become a doctor takes +10 years more or less, hence a regular person cant just replace a person who have spent 10 years on studying in medical school, because that person has more knowledge than the one that didn’t go to medical school.
Other factors that allows a skilled worker to get paid more is the level of skill, difficulty of job, how big the responsibility a worker could get, level of replacement, importance of a job, level of education, etc.
So in conclusion, in my opinion, I think that a skilled worker should always get paid more than an unskilled worker since they have higher level of skill, job, amount of responsibility, etc that makes them deserve a higher wage than an unskilled worker whose job doesn’t require any certain skill.

  46. Occupation is the work done by a person or worker in exchange for money ( income, wages, payment, salary). Every people have different occupation and they also have different skills. Generally skills is divided into three parts, it is skilled, semi-skilled and non-skilled. Now I want to discuss about the skilled one that get the high wages , skilled people usually get the highest wages/ salary rather than the semi-skilled and the non-skilled , why they get the highest wages? Because they have a great skills, the business will accept the one that have a great skills because the great skills one will have a great ideas and can make the company success, then they also get the high wages because there is a low level of replacement, why it affect of getting the high wages, because if there is a high level of replacement, there will be many people that want to enter a business/ company, and there will be a chance that we can’t go to that company/ business. After that, the one that get the high wages must to have a great/ high responsibility, because a company will not accept the one that work lazy or work not in the mood, a great company/ business will want to accept the people that have a great responsibility, and if the company/ business trust us, we can get a higher occupation, example : from a employee become a manager, etc. if we want to get a high wages there must be a higher demand for workers rather than the supply of workers. The example that get the high wages is Doctor, Professor, Teacher, President, economist, etc.

Above there, I have discuss about the skilled person that get the high wages, now I will discuss about the non-skilled people that usually get the low wages. Why the non-skilled people get the low wages? The non-skilled people get the low wages because they have a low level of education example they only school until they were in grade 7 then they continue to work. A company/ business will not give they a high wages , the company/ business just give they a work example : work as a office boy, shoes cleaner, etc. the one that affect the non-skilled people that get a low wages is the have a high level of replacement, if they have a high level of replacement it means that many people is competing at the same job so the chance at getting the job is little. After that, it also affect if the job has a low risk, if the job have a low risk everybody sure will come and work there, but if it has a high risk people will think twice to work there or not. If get the low wages it also because of the supply of the workers is higher than the demand for workers. Non-skilled people is also manual work, the example of the people that have a low wages is garbage collector, office boy, labour, driver, fruit picker, etc.

  47. In economics, occupation is a work done by a person or woker in exchange. Occupation is divided into 3, which are skilled workers, semi-skilled workers and non-skilled workers. They are divided according to their ability to produce and how limited the amount of workers are. Skilled workers are workers who need to been through high educations in order to do their job. Skilled workers have knowledges that non-skilled workers don’t have, they have talent and ability to do their job well and that is what made them very needed and wanted. The examples of skilled workers are doctors, singer, economists, celebrities, scientists and inventors. It’s hard to find replacement for them. As you can see, the amount of skilled workers are so limited while the demand is super high. That is one of the reasons why skilled workers have bigger wages than non-skilled and semi-skilled workers. Semi-skilled workers are the workers are that have enough knowledge to do their job. They have knowledges but their educations are not as high as the skilled workers and not as low as non-skilled workers. Semi-skilled workers are able to take responsibility for their own work and tools. Examples of semi-skilled workers are nurses aid, roofer and barber. While, non-skilled workers are workers who have low education or those who have no basic education to perform their job well. There are so much non-skilled workers, for example : office boy, garbage collector, labourer, driver. Since all of these jobs are differentiate, they all have different wages. The skilled workers recieved the most wages compared to the semi-skilled and the non-skilled workers, while the non-skilled workers recieved the least compared to the skilled and semi-skilled workers. There are reasons why wages are divided these ways. It can be cause by the low level of replacement for skilled workers beacause they are talented, high educated and have skills. That is what made skilled workers have higher wages than non-skilled workers. There are other reasons why they made bigger wages such as, the difficulty level of jobs are higher due to the responsibilities given and also different level of education and skill. That is what made the demand for skilled workers so high but the supply are so limited. If the wages of skilled and non-skilled workers are the same, that means, all people don’t need to study and graduate university to gain big wages. And when everyone do not study, all we have in this world are only drivers, maids, janitors and stuff. There will be no economists, teachers, doctors, composers and others. That is why the wages differ according to the jobs.

  48. In my opinion, skilled workers do earn more money than unskilled ones. Because they are better than unskilled ones. They have higher responsibilities like everytime they do something wrong and ask the secretary or manager to do something which is wrong , they are the ones who will be blamed. On the other hand , the unskilled workers won't receive more than the skilled ones because they have lower responsibilities, and their wages are fixed. So they don't have any opportunities to make it higher. No matter how they work, the wages which are already fixed won't change.
Around 60% of people that don't have high education are usually classified as unskilled workers. But some could catch up the education and be the skilled ones. Anyway being one of the skilled workers is better because they do have better facilities than unskilled ones. The higher the skill of a person, the greater amount they will receive.

Third, un-skilled workers, for example; garbage collection, construction workers, office boy, labourer, etc. The reason why skilled workers have higher wages than un-skilled workers, it is because skilled workers have knowledge and skills to finish the high difficulty job better. Skilled workers they have to educate and train with a long time and work with responsibility. So, skilled workers can get a high or good wages. And the semi skilled workers have skills but have a lower knowledge and education than skilled workers. Semi skilled workers can do the job well because they have a lot of experience and train by the profesional in the certain job. The last an un-skilled workers is a workers that have a lowest education and knowledge. They only do their job by power or strength. For example the garbage collection, they only collect the garbage and the construction workers, they only moving the building materials. So, the different skills the workers got the different wages or salary.

Skilled workers have experience and knowledge in their field of work. The example of skilled workers are : Doctors , engineers, architect, economist, etc.Unskilled workers are workers that has low level of skill and a little or no exeperience at all. They have a low level of perfomance and a low level of productivity. Unskilled workers only perform simple task that requires low amount of skill and experience. The example of unskilled worker is maid, janitor, waitress.
In conclusion, skilled workers receive a higher amount or salary than unskilled worker. The main reason for this is that the supply of skilled workers that do the job is low but the demand of the workers is high, while the supply of unskilled worker is high but the demand for the worker is low.
Skilled workers receive a higher amount of salary than unskilled workers is also because the level of replacement of skilled worker is lower than unskilled worker. There are only some skilled worker in this world and it is hard to find a replacement for a skilled worker , so a company that has a skilled worker will do neccessary things like increasing the amount of wage to keep the skilled worker work for that company for a long time so the company will be in advantage. In the other hand , there are a lot of unskilled worker in this world so they are easy to be replace, company do not need to do things that will make workers to work with them for a long time because they are easy to be replaced.
Level of education also effects the amount of salary a worker gets. If a worker who have a doctor's degree will also have a lot more experience from their studies and moral from their teacher in their school will get a higher amount of salary than an a worker with a low level of education that has a low level of moral.
This is why skilled workers receive a higher amount of salary than unskilled workers.

  52. Skilled workers : they have ability to do a job. The skilled workers will earn more money . But , unskilled workers, is a task that requires low amount of skill and experience. The example of skilled workers such as doctors, scientists, mathematicians , and so on. But different from the unskilled workers , such as janitors , begging for money . Skilled workers will got salary , income , wages . There are a lot of unskilled workers in Indonesia. Their level of education also effects the type of workers . If they have a low level of education, they will become an unskilled workers. Skilled workers will have the higher amount of salary because they have do their job properly but you can see from the side of the unskilled workers , they can only begging for money and many more. That's all from me. Thank You.

  53. Skilled worker can get more money because they deserve it because they have more knowledge, they have more responsibility, more demand and less supply and because they have more ability. If unskilled worker get more money, it is not fair to the one who already study until university or over it. So unskilled worker get less money /wages because they have less knowledge, they haveless responsibility, more supply but less demand, and they have less ability. Example of skilled worker is doctor, scientist, teacher, etc., if the example of unskilled worker is janitor, fruit picker, maid, security guard, etc.
    Thank you
