  1. People work to earn money for a living, whether it is for themselves or for a family. Some people may choose happiness over wages, as long as they are happy and comfortable with the job, they will work. However, some people may also choose wages over happiness, as long as they get high wages even though they are not happy enough to work. Working is an important primary need for a person who has grown to adulthood in order for them to support a life with good house, clean food and enough clothes. There are also people who are accepting any work whether the wages they will get is low, as long as they can get money to survive.

The reasons behind that particular behaviors is that the worker might not be able to get another job and has to contend with low wages until he or she finds a better paying job. As the population in the world is increasing rapidly, it is more difficult for people to get a better paying job, unless if they are skilled workers. Skilled workers usually have a higher possibility of working in a better paying job because everyone wants to hire highly educated and better experience employees. That is why the next reason is that most workers might not be trained to do skilled job and thus get low wages.

Low paid occupations can be given to those who work part-time job like college students who are earning for extra money or allowance. Most of them don’t mind getting low wages and may not negotiate too much for higher wages. As the job they work at do not need any special skills and a high level of responsibility, such as waiter and cashier. In the same way, a worker might view the job as a temporary measure until a better job is available so they wouldn’t negotiate for higher wages too. Urgent issues could make a worker to get a job as quickly as possible, ignoring the amount of wages they will get and they will quit the job and move to another better paying job when the problem is solved. This usually happens to the poor that are having a large amount of loan to someone or to the bank.

Lack of information is also an important factor. Workers who do not know of alternative jobs usually end up getting lower wages. Therefore, before deciding where to work, workers should make a list of jobs they would enter or instead make alternatives in case of rejection from the company itself. People usually work starting age 20 or even under 20 for the poor as they need more money than the rich. This shows that age limits the amount of wages. Elderly do not earn as much money as the younger ones because many people think that the old people couldn’t work as often as before and do not think very well like they used to. So most of them decide for a pension and let their children to provide them enough money for a living.

The factors above made a clear explanation why some workers are prepared to work in low-paid occupations. It takes opportunity cost to get a higher wages. Higher education and longer schools make someone to be skilled and so will be employed in a high-paid occupations. However, many workers are vulnerable that they couldn’t do anything about their wages because they are satisfied enough to be working and get money to get enough food supplies and support their lives.

  2. Work is the effort directed to produce or accomplish something. People work for variety of different reasons. Some work for personal development and some to build relationships with others. Many, too, work for the money, success, and happiness. But not less work for the job satisfaction they got from their jobs.

Job satisfaction is the level of contentment an individual feels regarding their jobs. Since lots of parts of your life will be spent on working, it is important to choose a job that gives you a certain satisfaction. Job satisfaction maybe determined by few or even tons of factors. It may be influenced by the level of communication in the organization, the way the management treats you, or even by your own abilities!

Many people are also working to find success and happiness. Happiness is an emotional state of well-being characterized by pleasant emotions ranging from contentment to intense joy. Happiness at work has been increasingly seen and used by companies to manage and develop staffs’ productivity. The countless researches from all around the world have proven that happiness is seriously good for businesses.

All the case stated above might be reasons why people are prepared to work for low-paying jobs, although not little work for these jobs and take it as burdens. People with no education or specialized skill on any types of work area, must find a job in order to survive. These unskilled workers are frequently found working for such low-paying jobs.

Unskilled workers might have no more choice whereas if they want to survive, they need money. It is obvious that the only way to get enough money is to get to work. With no other options of work available, those unskilled will finally decide to work for any jobs they might have a chance of working with (even though they might do it with such a heavy heart).

Although working for these low-paying jobs would give certain people certain contentment, the obstacles are not always easy. Money is unquestionably an integral part of our everyday modern lives. When you earn enough money, you can be financially self-reliant and finally have some control over your life. Many believe that it is important to get themselves a high paying job, since it is the only thing that can get you your needs and wants.

Money provides most employees with the best motivations to do work. As a matter of fact, recent research from Watson Wyatt Worldwide, recommends that to attract the best employees, you need to offer higher than the average-paying counterparts in the marketplace. Earning money is simply providing yourself and your families the basic essentials of life.

Money gives you the ability to meet your needs and wants. Without money, you get no food to eat, nothing to wear, and no roof above your head. But it’s not just the basic needs you want to spend your money on, is it? You clearly want your desires fulfilled along with your basic needs, and more money is basically more needs and wants being fulfilled.
As working for low-paying jobs does not give you the opportunity to meet as many needs and wants of yours, numerous people are not ready to work for low-paying jobs. Even if they get much more happiness and job satisfaction in a low-paying jobs, numerous number of people still choose to have a high-paying jobs in order to meet their needs and wants.

Despite the obstacle of the needs of money to satisfy your needs and wants, plenty are still prepared to work for low-paying jobs. They might find themselves more motivated, happier, and more stimulated in a low-paying job that suits their passion. Not little find such job satisfaction, success, and at the same time enough money to survive in a low-paying job.

  3. Money is needed for people to get food, shelter, and clothing. So, it is a must for people to work, because how people get money is by working. But how if less educated people can’t afford a good job? Less qualified and poor people? Still, people must work, so there will be no other choice but to work low paid. The worker will have to contend with low wages till he finds a better paying job.

Low skilled jobs such as drivers, maids, office boys, cleaning service, security guards, gets low wages. An Example is a maid. Some maids could not finish school, so they are forced to stop school, but start working. But if she doesn’t finish school, she is less educated, and with no other choice, majority people with that situation will just work a low paid job as long as they get money, becoming a maid. It is low paid because all they have to do is just doing household jobs and the job is something almost everyone could do.

Many jobs need a specific skill to work in the company. Jobs need those skills and also high skills. An example is in a city where working in a hospital is a high quality job. If a person wants to work in a hospital and wanted to be a doctor, she do not have enough skills to become a doctor and she could not be qualified to become a doctor, she will end up becoming a nurse because it is something she could do, but becoming a nurse will earn less wages than becoming a doctor.

Some young people wants to work, but there is age limitation, so they will have to work at a lower paid because some high positions can’t be controlled by younger people. Most people that are about 18 years old are going to earn less than people who are more experienced in doing a job. They at their age still needs to be trained. Most of them won’t mind getting low paid. Lack of information about the job he is in is also another problem. They could end up getting low wages if they do not know much information about the job.

Some students wanted to work part time. Students work part time because they wanted to get earlier experience. Mostly, working as a part time job will get low paid, but they won’t mind getting low paid, so they will just be ready. Some people just wants to test his skills on doing his work, people just wanted to have some experience of working for the future, so he chose a low paid job. But it is just going to be temporary, even though jobs are easier if low paid.

Some workers might be living in a country which has high birth rates. It causes the country to have more population. Or the city the worker’s living in is one of the busiest cities on earth. The more population, there will be less chances of good jobs. If there is a city with many people, one of the reasons is going to be because of the city having good schools and many schools. In that case, people will be more educated in that city, which causes more jobs being occupied. So the high paid jobs are occupied and all that’s available is the low paid jobs. So, people must choose the low paid job in order to work.

My conclusion is, the majority reason for a people to take low paid jobs is because he/she doesn't have enough qualification or education to work a high paid job.

  4. Work is a physical effort done by an individual to accomplish a result or purpose. These days, the world revolves around money. Almost every single factor involves an act of money. Earning more money can support ourselves with a better living (such as food, shelter, clothing). Therefore, it is clear that money is one of the main reasons why people work.
Many people often prefer money over happiness, as long as they have enough money they get from long hours of work, they will be satisfied. Others doesn't mind the number of wages they earn, but they are happy and willing to receive just enough money.

Happiness in a job is important, it means we are showing the feeling of pleasure or content. Surveyers from City and Guilds stated that 65% of skilled workers are happy with their jobs due to doing jobs that makes them happy, It makes them easier to do their work.
People working in a low paid job usually have very limited choices. Some examples are farmers, cleaning services, and so on. They usually camefrom unskilled labour. They need money, and so they must work in order to sustain their needs and unlimited wants, like it or not.
Basically, education is required for a high paid job. If someone is not educated or couldn't afford the fees of education, it might be impossible for them to be accepted in those jobs. Skills are also necessary for workrrsto perform well in their job. A person with high level of skills are very demanded in labour firms that can bring out the name of the company. Anyone with skills and great level of experience are paid higher and brings satisfaction.

Satisfaction in a job is also very important. Great satisfaction helps workers gets all the promotion to higher level. So, the better their performance and satisfaction of their job, the more wages they will earn ( which we can see is almost impossible to earn high wages with no skill)

It is important that an individual knows what job he will want to in the future; they can be prepared about the factors that will be faced. An example for this is that a worker may not be accepted at other jobs and must dwell in a low paying job (alternative) until he can find another one, while also earning money.

These days, despite the low value earned, high school students or teenagers abroad may start seeking their own money by working in part time jobs (ex. cashier, waitress, tutor). They work not only for money, but also to find experiences they may find useful later.

Sometimes, some people are too lazy to find a well-paying job and instead worked for low paying job instead, as it doesn't require any skills or much effort to it.
All of the above states that the type of work and wages earn is an option, when we choose a factor, we didn't want to go with the benefits of the other factor. This is called opportunity cost.

Even if some work earn a low value, many people are still willing and furthermore prepared in applying to low paid jobs. There is more to happiness, family, and life factors than meets money. That's all that matters.

  5. In this world, people work to earn money for themselves and also their family. If people do not work, they cannot fulfill their needs and wants. So, all people have to work. There are 2 types of workers. The first is skilled workers. Most of this workers earn more money because the supply of skilled workers are less and the demand for skilled workers are more. The second is non-skilled workers. These workers usually earn less than skilled workers because the supply of non-skilled workers are more and the demand for non-skilled workers are more. Skilled workers are well-trained and get better education. Skilled workers also have high qualification. However, non-skilled workers are not well-educated and they do jobs that other ordinary people can do. In order to get more money, people work hard to be a skilled worker. However, some people are ready to work in low-paid occupations.

There are some reasons why some people are prepared to work in low-paid occupation. The first reason is because maybe there are no other work that they can choose. The limited jobs in this world could not balance the people who want to work in high-paid occupation. The second reason is the age factor. The age of someone affects the capability of that person to do work. Old people and kids are not suitable in working because they are too young and too old. Teenagers can work effectively. The third factor is maybe the worker is only doing part time job. For high school students, they can do part time job in the middle of their holiday. Some teenagers also do the low-paid jobs as their part time job to get more money even if it is only a little. There are some cases where a worker is lack of information. He/she do not know that the ability that he/she got can be used to work in a better occupation that get more wages. The family factor also affect the desire of a worker to work. The worker will work with his/her family that he/she can believe.

The conclusion is there are some people who are prepared to work in low paid occupations because of several reasons. But, most of them usually do it because he/she is forced by his/her condition right now. So, people would like to be skilled workers rather than non-skilled workers. The people who just want to be a non-skilled worker usually is just lazy or he/she is not an educated person.

  6. People all over the world have a job in their lives to earn wages that is important because it can satisfy our wants, helps us survive by getting our needs and etc. Certainly, we cant receive money without having a job. You pick the certain that goes with your specialization or skills or your satisfaction. The job that you choose will also rely on your previous education and training that you had before. People that had a low education will not have a job that will give high wages, high responsibilities, high qualification and other important things. Therefore, people that work in jobs that give low wages are prepared to receive them and continue living their lives. Some people that receive low wages, may have 2 jobs but work at different time. There is also another reason why low occupations are chosen by people. That is because the people may not want a permanent job yet, so they want to get a head start to earn experience in order to be accepted in a better job. There are also times where college students want to get a part-time job so they choose any job that would accept them and doesnt really care how much they give them because the job is only to help them. Also, there can be people who likes to do multiple jobs because it satisfies them and so if the manager gives them low wages, they are prepared because they still have many jobs that are in their list therefore they do not mind and are prepared. It can also be because the person has no other job that would be accept him or her, so they just do the job that they got accepted even though that would mean that they would receive low wages because that person is prudent meaning that they could live with whatever they have and not caring if they dont have many things that looks rich or are expensive. Sometimes there can be people who are too lazy or depressed to find a job that will give them high wages, so they just give up and apply almost every job on the newspaper and whatever that job that accept him or her to be their employee, the person would still be happy because he or she finally got a job and doesnt care if the company gives them low wages. Sometimes jobs can give you a headache, deppression, sadness and other things. Therefore there are some people who takes the easiest job possible. Some people may not care about money that much so they just apply a random job that suits them, or like I said before, have multiple jobs in order to be prepared whenever they receive low wages. There are also some jobs that will give you higher wages if you have worked in that company for a long time, or even possible the longest employee of them all. And if you are, you will receive a higher wages or even a promotion. Overall, I think that we should always be prepared for whatever job we applied or have for and for how many wages we will receive from that job, because sometimes being prepared is the number one priority.

  7. Jobs are the source of money that we work to earn money, tocsarisfy of needs and wants, to satisfy our needs and wants, we have to have a job. The job is based on how your education and training, how high is your previous if you already complete until university, you can get more money or higher placed or higher position in a company. But if your education is low or even uneducated, so you will work in lower or even the lowest position in a company. You could be an OB or we can say office boy. If you get low wages or have little of money, so maybe you cannot satisfy your family's needs and wants or even you cannot satisfy your own needs and wants because your income is less than your cost to satisfy your family's needs and wants or even your own cost is more than your income. For example, your wages for a month is 500.000, and the cost to eat 1 time = 10.000, and you eat 3 times a day, so equal to 30.000 a day for 1 person and for a month equal to 900.000 for a month, see they have to borrow from others or take the short term loan or there are some people that have to work more than one job there are people who work two jobs, there are some who work even three jobs. If there are four people in a family, so the cost equal to 3.600.000 for four persons a month, so they have to borrow even more, because if you dont give your family their needs so they can be starving or even die. If you work more than one part time jobs so your time to rest will be less and you can sick easily and your family will start to complain, because they have less time to be spend with them and if you are not able do have more than one part time jobs so you have fo borrow money from the bank. If you already borrow money and you cannoy pay it, so the bank can take your house or anything else. So the low wages people get low wages because they deserve it, because that is the risk if you dont study hard or serious. There are like the opportunity cost for that one because you have to choose, you want to sudy hard now and in the future you will have more beautiful life, because you will get more wages to satisfy the needs and wants of your self and your family or you want to choose study not serious get bad score every test or even do not studu or go to school but in the future you will be misserable, because you will get low wages, your needs will not be satisfied, your family's needs will not be satisfied also. So which one will you choose? If me, myself i will choose study hard first than have a good life. How about you?
Thx, this is all i got

  8. Occupations are job or the work we do to earn money for our living in order to satisfy our needs and wants. There are many types of people, one of them are people who are prepared to work in low paid occupations.
Some workers are work only for happiness, in their opinion as long as they are happy at their occupation at the moment, even though the wages are not satisfying they will still be at that job because they only think of happiness in their life.
Some workers also tends to stay at that job to wait for another good job, it is hard to find job especially with the ability and wages that they want, so those workers will still stay at their previous wages because they think if they already resign from their previous job but they haven’t got the new job they wanted, they will not have any money to earn at that time.
Some workers also work only for extra money, this kind of reason are really suitable for college or university students, so rather than they just stay at their home without doing nothing it is better to work even though they only got a small amount of wages but at least money for their saving.
Some workers also have a low level of education, if they have a low level of education they also will got a low wages because education is one of the factor why worker got a high salary which means the higher level of education they have the higher also their wages but if they have a low level of education they will also have a low amount of wages.
Some worker also prepared to work in low paid occupations it is difficult for them to find the job they wanted, there are some factors such as there are many competitor that have the same ability that the worker have, they don’t have any promotions yet, they are not experienced which can cause the worker just take a job with a low paid occupation because for them it was very grateful to have a job even though they only got a low wages but at least they can earn money for their living.

    ReplyDelete
  9. Some workers also prepared to work in a low paid occupations because it may depends on the environment their live, such as if the worker live in a small country with low economic country, workers can’t be payed in a high wages because the country are not a high economical country or if the country are at crisis the country couldn’t pay workers at high wages but the workers think it is better ti still st work because at least they have aernings.
Some workers also agree with low paid wages because of the non wages factors, such as hours of work, flexible working arrangement, quality of working environent, how secure the job is, interesting and varie task, how satisfy the work is, opportunities of promotions, distance and time taken to travel from their houce to work, and many more.
The low wages paid are usually being given to public sector because worker who works at public sector usually have low wages but they have a high status at that company, they have non monetary rewards, the job are secure and safety, they got holiday entitlement, they have many chances for promotion prospects, they got fringe benefits, they got training opportunities, they got pension entitlement, they have opportunities for promotion and many other factors.

It also can caused by the job satisfaction because satisfaction provided by undertaking a job can compensate for realtively low wages for some people. The example occupations is nursing they are considered more worthly than other by some people and this makes these occupations more attractive.
It also caused by the lack of information of jobs and wages which means some worker work for less than they could earn in other roles simply because they do not know abaout the availability of better paid job elesewhere. Lack of information abaout job availability can restrict the supply of labour to those jobs and can therefore help explain some differences in earnings between different jobs in different areas.
It also caused by labour immobility : the ease with which workers can move between different occupations and different areas of a country. If workers are very mobile, they can move easily to those jobs that offer them the most pay, and they will also move from places with high unemployment to areas with more job vacancies. High labour mobility or willingness to move can help to increase the supply of labour to different occupations to different areas and reduce regional differences to unemployment wage rate in a country.
In conclusion, people are prepared to work in low wage because of some reasons, such as for happiness, waiting for another job, to get extra earning, low level of education, difficult to find job, environment, non wage fcator, public sector, job satisfaction, lack of information about job and wages, and labour mobility.

  10. Work is the activity or task that we do mentally or physically to achieve something. There are many reasons why an individual work. People work because of money, job satisfaction, productivity, experiences, etc. By working, we will get money for our living. The amount of money we receive could be high or low, it depends on the work we are doing or based on the performance of our work.

The work people are doing could be part time work, full time work, etc. The people who work part time are usually teenagers, students, young people for their extra money. These people who work part time usually gets low wages because they have less experience of work and they could not do many things.

People also work because of happiness. Many people work because they love and enjoy what they are doing. There are many reasons why they might love their job, such as they are very respected for what they are doing. When people enjoy their work, they will have a better result of their work. Sometimes the company they are working for might pay them low wages, but they wouldn't mind, because they like their job. For example a carpenter. Most carpenters are getting low wages, but if they like what they are doing, they wouldn't care for the amount of money they receive.

Poor people are unable to get good education because their parents have no more money left to pay for the school fee. So sometimes, these students have to stop their education at early age. This is why many people are not well educated. Unskilled worker such as babysitters, maids, cashiers, cleaning service, etc. might also get low wages, because they don't get enough knowledge to work as a skilled worker.

Nowadays, there are many poor people that are owing money from others because they have no more money left for food or they have not enough money to pay for their bills. When they owe to much, the loaner wants them to pay, so they have to work hard to pay to the loaner. But it is hard to find a high paid occupation, so they have to work with low wages to be able to pay back the amount of money they owe.

Sometimes, there are skilled worker working for a small company. Usually, Skilled worker always gets high wages. But because he/she is working with a small company, they may not be able to pay high amount of wages to the skilled worker because the company does not have enough money.

There are many companies that are paying their employees according to their performance of work. When the company sees that he/she is doing a good work on their job, they will give higher wages. But when the company sees that he/she is having problems with their work, they will give less wages.

Job satisfaction, productivity, work experiences, low quality of education can be one of the reasons why people are ready to be paid low wages.

  11. Characteristics of low-paid workers
Conservatively, around 14%, or more than one in ten, full-time adult Australian workers are lowpaid. There are no signs that this proportion of workers in the labour market is declining. The
persistence of low pay, despite a decade of strong labour market growth, makes our focus on this
    group important.
There are higher concentrations of low-paid workers in particular industries and occupations,
with low pay especially affecting casual and young workers, as well as women. It is not a life-stage
    experience confined to the young.
Some low-paid workers live in households that are low income, while others do not. Some pass
through a period of low pay on their way to obtaining better jobs and higher qualifications, while
others remain in low-paid jobs, or churn through them, become unemployed or withdraw from
    the labour market.
Characteristics associated with low-paid jobs are little or no reward for training and skill,
truncated career and pay structures, job insecurity, erratic or excessive time demands, unsocial
hours, the absence of well-developed on-the-job training, a lack of recognition of prior learning,
multiple jobs, a lack of employer investment in training and/or job demands that preclude easy
participation in training. These issues are compounded for casual workers.
The ‘work–life squeeze’ is widespread, but for low-paid workers who have less access to flexible
options work–life ‘spillover’ is worse. Low-paid jobs are often tiring, physical, boring and
undesirable. The effects of persistent low-paid employment can be very negative for individuals,
their households and those who depend upon low-paid workers. They can also affect
communities where low pay is more concentrated (Masterman-Smith & Pocock 2008).
Participation in employment and training is inhibited by the following personal characteristics:
fear of change, low confidence, high care loads, exhaustion, age, gender and churning between
welfare and work. The capability of low-paid workers to make a successful transition between
work, home and education commitments is consistently affected by lack of time and money.

  12. Low-paid occupations are jobs that pay low wages in exchange for menial labor, such as janitor, dishwasher, parking lot attendant and many more. Most people tend to look down at those low paid jobs. Clearly, everyone wants to earn a lot of money. But, your first job or a part-time job isn’t going to earn you six- figure income.

Low-paid occupations are perfect for students who want to earn some money during the course of their study. Furthermore, student does not have much bargaining position to demand for higher wages because in many countries, the government has a policy of limited earning for in-campus student jobs.

Some workers might not have enough training to do a skilled job. People with little set of skills don’t have any choice but to work in a low-paid job or they might not get any job at all. So, to them it’s still better to receive low wages than not getting any money at all.

They might not be able to get another occupation and have to cope with low wages until they find a better paying job. Some people struggle to find the right jobs, as certain jobs have high expectations or skill qualifications criteria.

People depend on their job earnings to pay for their needs and wants. If they have low income, they might not have enough money to cover for all their needs. They would probably need to take up several jobs in order to pay for their needs or reduce their needs and keep a simple living instead.

Some people work certain job voluntarily, even if they know they will only be getting a small amount of money. The reason is because they love the job and they don’t care how much money they are getting. Despite having passion for the job, it might not be enough to pay the bills.

Low-paid occupations like cleaners and dishwashers are jobs in a not-so-nice environment. This might put off some people who are not ready to do that kind of job nor accept that kind of job environment. Most workers would expect or, at least appreciate, a nice working environment and receive a decent amount of income.

I, as a student, would still accept working in a low-paid occupation. In my opinion, earning a bit of money from young is a good thing. I am expecting a high-paying job in the future as my experience and skills grow, hopefully a specialization in a particular area. In conclusion, decision to accept a low-paid occupation entirely depends on the person and their personal circumstances.

  13. Some People are prepared to have low wages because they are too stupid, and can’t get a good job. These people might not be intelligent enough, so they are just employed to be dishwashers, janitor, or store clerks. They also can be unlucky to get a new job, lack of information for jobs, or maybe age can prevent them from getting a good job, but that’s not everything that can influence them to get low pay jobs. Satisfaction: People who work hard and are appreciated are more likely to be satisfied with their jobs than those who don’t. Temporary Job: Teenagers usually are employed to be store clerks, or cashier because they can work part time, since they can’t work full time because of their studies. Teenagers usually do this to ease of the burden of having to pay high school fees for studying. Environment: People who work in a clean environment are more likely to stay, and work hard than those who work in a polluted and disgusting workplace. 14. Low paid occupations are the jobs that give people, who work in that company or firms, low wages. For example, office boy, janitor, employees, housemates, and many others. These jobs are very good for the university or high school students because they want a part time job with low paid occupations to get some money to support their parents to pay the school fee but in some schools, they do not allow their students to work in the fast food restaurants such as burger king, kfc, Aw, and some others.

Some people in this world are ready to be paid in low paid occupations because they are not smart enough to be paid in high paid occupations. Even though they don't get much money from the company or firms but they still have to work to support their needs and wants in their lives.

Now I will discuss some reasons why people are prepared to get low paid occupations or low wages. People can be paid in low wages is because they get less trainings, they are the unskilled workers so they get less wages then the high skilled workers, education, and also because they don't have jobs to be chosen, because they don't have a specialization. Another reasons are also because they have different abilities and qualification, so the workers who have less abilities that other people who have more abilities will get lower wages, The lack of information about the wages, they do not know much about how much the wage is so they just accept the job without asking the people how much is the wage so they have no choice and they must be prepared to get low wages. The non wages factors also can be another reason why people should be prepared to be paid in low paid occupations. The meaning of non wage factors is maybe the low paid occupations is more attractive, interesting careers, generous holidays, pension funds, the security of the job, opportunities for promotion, fringe benefits (uses of cars from company, free insurance, price discounts of goods of the company), the environment of the firms or company, satisfaction of the job, training opportunities, flexible working arrangements, and the qualifications required to enter that job.

The conclusion is that some people in this world are prepared to do low paid occupations in some reason that I say earlier. Some people is prepared to be paid in low wages because they are forced in their conditions and also because they are non skilled workers.
